The Firm has advised local and international companies in some of the multinational transactions in Turkey. This work included conducting due diligence, creating restructuring models, drafting and participating in the negotiations of share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, filings with relevant regulatory bodies.

The Firm represents both individuals and the legal entities on the real estate cases and have been involved drafting of the contracts related to the constrcuction issues.
